- Can I cancel the reservation?

We accept cancellations if you make them at least seven days ahead of the date of your excursion.

You can notify this to us by phone, email or fax.

If the cancellation isn't made by the indicated time, or in the case that you don't show up at the pick up, we'll apply a fee of the 50% of the entire amount. The fee will be debited from the credit card given for the reservation or retaining the amount paid by bank authorization.
