Slope: Etna South

Schedule: from 9.00 am to 2.30 pm

Tour stops:

1st stop: Bove Valley. A natural stage where often the most spectacular lava eruptions are. In a clear sky day the summit crater will be visible in all their beauty. You will reach it with an exciting 4wd off-road ride or by hiking through ash deserts and lava lunar landscapes.

2nd stop: Lava caves. Explore Etna's lava caves while our friendly and knowledgeable guide will explain the fascinating volcanic phenomena. We will provide helmets and lights. 

*In some special cases (i.e. bad weather conditions) some stops can be replaced with some local Etna wine, honey and olive oil guided tasting in a production farm.

Our people: Certified Guides but more important passionate about the Volcano.

This half day Etna tour is adviced to everybody that is in normal good health conditions and that does not have any heart or breathing problems.
