Etna Experience organizes Etna tour, excursions, full and half day trips to enjoy the best visit, trekking and guided tours to Mount Etna Volcano
Start. One of Etna Experience’s expert naturalistic guides will pick you up at 9:00 a.m. from your hotel in Catania or from an agreed meeting point, to take you aboard one of our 8-seater vehicles (jeep or minivan).
Your guide will lead you along a beautiful naturalistic path, while explaining the origins of our volcano. You will visit some ancient craters (probably the Monti Silvestri) surrounded by an evocative lunar landscape.
Explore the lava caves of Etna. You will visit a cave of volcanic origin using the equipment that we provide (helmets and torches). The visit to the cave is not made in case of significant snowfall or presence of ice at the entrance that would make the entrance dangerous.
Snack. During the tour there will be a stop for a delicious snack based on typical products and a good glass of red wine. The snack can vary with pizza or sandwiches depending on organizational needs.
Upon prior notice (when booking the tour) we will offer an alternative for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs or specific dietary needs.
Come back. The Mt. Etna Morning Tour tour will finish at 2.30-3.00 pm, when you will be back to Catania.
